About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Cybersecurity Wargames Facilitator to coordinate cybersecurity wargames initiatives across client and business-focused tabletop exercises, ensuring successful project and program delivery.


In this role, you will:

  • Provide information security consultation to improve awareness and compliance with Enterprise Information Security policy, processes and standards
  • Interpret advanced data aggregation and data of information security risk exposure
  • Develop and deliver Information Security Education Awareness and Training in accordance with the Enterprise Information Security Program standards
  • Evaluate and interpret internal and Enterprise Information Security policies, processes and standards, and provide recommendations to incorporate them into scenario development
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers and external customers as needed
  • Scenario development, environment setup, and participant scheduling.
  • Develop and deliver pre-exercise briefings and post-exercise debriefs.
  • Conduct targeted training sessions to maximize participant learning and skill development.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for wargame participants, internal cybersecurity teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Address inquiries regarding exercise objectives, logistics, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal cybersecurity teams and external experts.
  • Design realistic, challenging, and relevant wargame scenarios (business-focused tabletop exercises).
  • Base scenarios on current threat intelligence and organizational risks.
  • Create engaging exercise materials, including rulebooks, scenario injects, and technical playbooks.


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in cybersecurity awareness and training, with a focus on client engagement.

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and effective training methodologies.

  • Experience with graphic design or video editing for creating engaging communication materials.

  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

  • Security+ or other relevant certifications are a plus.

  • Experience with vendor management and client relationship management.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
