Job Description:
Location: This position requires the candidate to work onsite in the Renton, WA office.
This is a high-visibility engagement supporting a WebCenter implementation initiative with one of our longstanding clients. The ideal candidate brings deep experience leading cross-functional technology programs, a strong command of Agile delivery, and a track record of managing third-party vendors through complex enterprise implementations.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives
  • Proven track record managing third-party implementation programs, including SaaS deployments, system integrators, or enterprise software rollouts
  • Proficiency with Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, and Jira or equivalent tooling
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience managing change management risk across concurrent system transitions

Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with digital asset management platforms, particularly Esko WebCenter
  • Experience with Smartsheet or creative production workflow systems
  • Background in gaming, media, or publishing industries
Pay Range: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
