Overview
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager for a temporary assignment.
The Senior Program will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various digital media projects.
This role involves coordinating teams, managing resources, and maintaining timelines to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of media, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will demonstrate an ability to manage risks and issue proactively, rather than reactively. You embody strong people skills and have the ability to motivate the team, support them to resolve conflict, and support re-negotiation with the client on missed expectations. You are advanced users of the tools and methodologies required to deliver the work.
Responsibilities
  • End-to-end project management initiatives with ability to run a larger project with several tracks of work or a small program with multiple projects including email, landing pages, direct mail, etc.
  • Plan, organize and control the activities of other Razorfish disciplines with little to no oversight; works with team to troubleshoot internal issues and determine corrective action
  • Effectively organizes and uses internal tools (Confluence, JIRA, Box, MS Teams, Workfront etc.) to meet project and Client requirements
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risk from the plan, manages and controls project scope and the change control process to ensure that projects are completed according to schedule and within budget
  • Drive internal Kick-off meetings and garner appropriate participation of all required team members to ensure successful Kick-off
  • Conducts regular reviews of project deliverables with key team members and Client ensuring understanding of project requirements, and works with senior delivery team members to develop/implement plans to resolve any issues
  • Escalates to project leadership when conflict situations become critical / require urgent resolution
  • Ensures that key decisions and next steps are clearly captured and quickly communicated to Clients; ensures they're addressed by the team

Qualifications
  • Project management experience including in a digital or marketing agency
  • Demonstrated experience with end-to-end management of projects from brief and creative development through deployment of campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies and best practices
  • Demonstrated experience working with marketing, product, data & analytics teams
  • Ability to decompose scope to granular level of details and consolidate the Estimate of multiple teams into a single consolidated, high-quality Estimate and transform into an executable plan for a small to medium size, non-complex project
  • Ability to create Hybrid project plans for a small to medium size, non-complex projects; understand and use at least 2-3 planning tools, (e.g. Microsoft Project, Excel and Smartsheets)
  • Ability to articulate Razorfish delivery process/methodology effectively, clearly discuss and internally communicate Client constraints related to scope, timeline, cost or dependencies to inform sales process
  • Ability to work with the Client Services Lead, discipline experts, and Client to critically define scope for the required work
  • Understands and able to communicate the financial impacts to staffing changes proactively.

Compensation Range: $41.93 - $57.36 per hour. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
