Job description

Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Partner leads full-cycle recruiting for executive and senior-level searches across the firm, partnering directly with practice leaders and hiring executives to build high-caliber, confidential pipelines for critical, high-visibility roles. This position blends strategic sourcing, executive-level candidate management, and consultative partnership with firm leadership.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with hiring executives and practice leaders to define search criteria, scope, and success profiles for senior-level and executive roles
  • Lead confidential, proactive outreach and relationship-building with senior-level and passive executive candidates
  • Design and coordinate end-to-end interview processes for executive searches, including panel and stakeholder alignment
  • Manage a white-glove candidate experience, maintaining discretion throughout confidential and leadership-level searches
  • Conduct market mapping and competitive intelligence to inform search strategy and target lists
  • Advise hiring leaders on offer strategy and provide consultative feedback throughout the process
  • Deliver polished, high-touch candidate communications, including status updates and executive-level rejection/feedback conversations
  • Guide offer structuring and negotiation support in partnership with leadership and compensation teams
  • Lead executive onboarding strategy, including tailored pre-boarding engagement for senior hires
  • Partner with onboarding and leadership teams to ensure a seamless, high-touch transition into the firm

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including demonstrated executive or senior-level search experience
  • Proven ability to manage confidential, high-visibility searches with discretion and sound judgment
  • Strong consultative and relationship-management skills with senior stakeholders and hiring leaders
  • Experience with executive sourcing tools, market mapping, and competitive talent intelligence
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in retained executive search or a search-firm environment
  • SHRM-CP or AIRS sourcing certification

Compensation Range:

  • $100,000 - $120,000
