In the role of Sr. Digital Systems Analyst working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Digital Enablement team, within Customer Supply Excellence.  You will be responsible for running and validating the weekly SAP / APO supply plan associated with 55+ million barrels of beer, as well as assisting with new technology introductions, gap analysis, and process improvement consultancy.

This position reports to the Process Lead - Integration & Digital Enablement, and works closely with Supply Planning Analysts, IT, Breweries, Customer Service Analysts, Forecasting and Demand Planning Team, Transportation, and Project Management (New Product Introduction).

What You'll Be Brewing: 

  • Act as an internal consultant for the company acting as an SME in SAP APO/ECC/SNC, o9 and other technologies as we implement and maintain them
  • Identify and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, primarily inside Customer Supply Chain
  • Ensure weekly validation, maintenance, management, and upload of critical supply chain inputs to SAP/APO and o9 for Canada and the US
  • Provide timely support for transportation master data, including maintaining TM lanes, management and upload of bid data, and cross-functional support as needed.
  • Run and validate weekly APO transactions
  • Investigate and correct issues with APO/o9, ECC, and SNC in coordination with IT
  • Assist with the training and onboarding of new team members
  • Create and maintain tactical SOPs and job aids for the team
  • Quickly become an SME in new technologies to realize full utilization of our IT investments
  • Enable major enhancements with AMS/IT and help identify gaps in people, process, and technology
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve current Molson Coors SAP environments and supply planning processes
  • Champion cross-functional initiatives that deliver new technologies and processes while ensuring sustainable maintenance thereafter

 

Key Ingredients: 

  • 3+ years working with SAP APO, experience with ECC and SNC also desirable
  • Project management experience is preferred for this role
  • Desirable candidate will be someone who enjoys, and has an aptitude for, data mining large datasets and making sense of them. This individual will work heavily with the following analytical tools: Access, Excel, Business Objects (warehouse data), Power BI, Power Automate, and o9.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $83,200.00 - $109,200.00 (posting salary range) + 10target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
