Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer

Location: Naples or Sarasota, FL (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of hands-on Systems Engineering experience
  • Strong infrastructure background supporting mid-size environments
  • Experience with Networking, Servers, Desktops, VMware, and Microsoft Azure
  • MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience preferred
  • Stable work history (no multiple short-term assignments)
  • Experience working directly with clients
  • Excellent verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and support IT infrastructure environments.
  • Manage and troubleshoot networking, server, desktop, VMware, and Azure environments.
  • Provide technical support and infrastructure solutions for clients.
  • Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reliable and secure IT operations.
  • Resolve complex infrastructure issues and provide technical guidance.
