Description
The Entry-Level System Integration Technician will primarily assist with basic assembly, fabrication, and system support tasks while learning new skills on the job. Training and mentorship will be provided to ensure candidates grow and advance in the role.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the fabrication and assembly of components using basic hand and power tools.
  • Perform basic tasks such as wiring, soldering, and packaging under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Learn and adhere to quality standards for assembly and fabrication.
  • Support installation of systems and modifications, both in the workshop and at field locations. Occasional travel may be required.
  • Read and follow technical instructions, such as mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications
Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Required Clearance:
  • Must possess or have the ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance and maintain a Secret clearance (ship required).

Skills/Attributes:
  • Ability to learn and follow technical instructions.
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools (formal training or practical experience is a plus).
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to develop new skills.
  • Dependable team player who can follow instructions and work with minimal supervision once trained.
