Senior Structured Settlement specialists are experienced professionals who help individuals manage, sell, or purchase structured settlements—long-term financial arrangements often resulting from legal settlements or insurance claims. They provide expert advice on the financial and legal implications of structured settlements, guide clients through the process of converting future payments into lump sums, and ensure all transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations. These specialists often work with attorneys, insurance companies, and financial institutions to secure the best outcomes for their clients.

Familiarity with industry-standard software, CRM systems, and licensing such as life insurance or annuity certifications is typically required. Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and analytical skills help build client trust and craft tailored settlement solutions. These skills ensure clients receive optimal financial outcomes while maintaining compliance and fostering long-term relationships.
