The UX Strategy Senior Manager will set the vision for how our audiences engage with our brand across digital touchpoints, with a primary focus on the website and its integration into broader marketing and sales journeys. This individual will lead a multidisciplinary UX team, establish experience standards and design systems and drive measurable improvements in engagement and performance.
This is a player-coach role: you will lead through strategy and influence, while also providing direct design guidance and stepping into the work when needed. You will partner closely with marketing, production, content, analytics, and technology teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact digital experiences. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
What You'll Work On:
  • Define and evolve the end-to-end digital experience vision across web and adjacent channels, translating business goals into clear experience strategies and roadmaps.
  • Own the web channel strategy, including site architecture, content models, and continuous optimization to improve engagement and performance.
  • Lead UX design across digital channels, ensuring high-quality interaction design, usability, content strategy, and visual consistency.
  • Provide hands-on design direction and feedback, elevating the quality of UX deliverables and team output.
  • Establish and govern an enterprise design system and UI pattern library, ensuring scalability, accessibility, and consistency.
  • Architect cross-channel user journeys that connect web, email, marketing automation, and sales enablement touchpoints.
  • Define and implement digital channel measurement metrics, KPIs, and performance insight frameworks.
  • Define and lead experimentation strategies to continuously optimize experiences.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to marketing and business stakeholders, translating experience strategy into business outcomes.
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary UX team, setting standards for quality, process, and performance.

Join us. The world can't wait.
You Have:

  • Experience in UX design, interaction design, and usability best practices
  • Experience defining, implementing, and scaling design systems
  • Experience leading UX teams and delivering digital experiences at enterprise scale
  • Experience with stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Knowledge of analytics, A/B testing, performance optimization, digital channel metrics, KPI definition, and performance insights frameworks
  • Ability to display a portfolio of UX or web UI work, demonstrating end-to-end systems thinking, high-quality execution, and measurable impact on user experience and business outcomes
  • Ability to display ownership of a major digital channel, including strategy and performance outcomes, and operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
