Join the Dash In Team as a Front of House Guest Experience Supervisor:

Your Role in Creating Remarkable Experiences: 
  • Collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager and Store Manager to build and train a high-performing team of retail associates. 
  • Ensure smooth front-of-house operations and provide your team with the tools and resources to deliver outstanding guest experiences. 
  • Proactively interact with guests, addressing their questions and concerns promptly. 
  • Support associates in meeting guest needs efficiently, maintaining a "no wait" experience. 
  • Monitor customer flow and open registers as needed to ensure seamless service. 
  • Uphold Dash In Brand Standards, ensuring high levels of guest engagement, cleanliness, safety, and operational adherence. 
  • Maintain effective communication with the Guest Experience Manager regarding ordering and inventory needs. 
  • Complete assigned tasks as directed by the Guest Experience Manager and Sr. Store Manager. 
Qualifications and Experience: 
  • Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management role in a customer service or retail environment. 
  • High School Diploma or GED required. 
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively. 
  • Comfortable using technology, including POS software. 
  • Strong focus on providing exceptional guest experiences with excellent people skills. 
  • Active ServSafe Certification (a plus).
