Title: Senior SQL Developer
Location: Mechanicsville, VA 23116 (Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term

Skill Required:
SQL Server development experience in enterprise environments.
Advanced T-SQL development skills including query tuning and performance optimization
Experience developing in SQL Server on Azure environments.
Hands-on experience supporting high availability architectures using Always On availability groups
Experience modernizing database code and schemas, including legacy SQL support.
Experience collaborating with .NET Core/C# development teams.
Experience deploying SQL updates through Azure DevOps and GitHub CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to work effectively within Agile/Scrum teams.
Experience modernizing SQL workloads in cloud-hosted environments.
Overall IT experience.
Nice to have:
Experience building ETL solutions using SSIS and Databricks.
Knowledge of PCI compliance and database security requirements.
Experience with Terraform or infrastructure-as-code to support SQL deployments.
Experience working with microservices architectures and domain-driven design.
Knowledge of scaling strategies for high-transaction SQL environments.
