Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

As a Senior Architect, you will partner with Technology and Business stakeholders and apply your technical depth in modern AI systems to design and deliver solutions that create meaningful business impact. In this role we will look to you to:
• Apply your hands-on experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI systems - including autonomous agent design, orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Strands, Crew AI), and integration patterns such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) - to architect and implement scalable, production-grade AI solutions aligned to line-of-business needs
• Partner with Lead Architects and domain teams to advance the enterprise AI solutions architecture practice, contributing reusable patterns, reference architectures, and design standards that promote consistency and interoperability across initiatives

What is a Must Have?
