Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Lead Software Engineer to spearhead a strategic migration project, transitioning critical legacy applications from Tibco to .NET Core. This role demands both technical depth and leadership ability, with a strong focus on execution, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will play a vital role in shaping the technical direction of this initiative, ensuring high performance, security, and seamless business continuity. A background in financial services, particularly in Wealth Management, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end migration of legacy Tibco-based systems to modern .NET Core architecture.

  • Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions using .NET Core, C#, and other Microsoft technologies.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and IT teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

  • Perform detailed system analysis, troubleshooting, and support across both Tibco and .NET Core ecosystems.

  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements in financial services.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all migrated systems, ensuring auditability and operational clarity.

  • Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to uphold high-quality standards.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with the migration process.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading complex migration projects involving Tibco and .NET Core technologies.

  • Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and associated development tools and frameworks.

  • Solid hands-on experience with Tibco BusinessWorks, EMS, and other middleware technologies.

  • Previous experience in financial services, ideally within Wealth Management.

  • Strong understanding of software architecture, system integration, and performance optimization.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

  • Experience with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
