  • Build and maintain automated testing frameworks, quality controls, regression testing processes, and deployment safeguards.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize, refactor, standardize, and reuse code to improve performance, scalability, maintainability, and efficiency.
  • Lead code reviews, including review of AI-assisted code contributions, while driving issue resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to application performance, reliability, availability, and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain technical, architectural, operational, and decision documentation.
  • Implement secure software development practices and proactively address vulnerabilities throughout the software lifecycle.
  • Estimate delivery timelines, resource requirements, risks, dependencies, and technical complexity for projects and initiatives.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, tools, and automation opportunities to improve engineering effectiveness and business results.

  • Mentor and coach engineers on software design, development best practices, AI-assisted workflows, testing methodologies, and operational excellence.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, product, and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
  • Improve engineering lifecycle processes through automation, tooling, CI/CD enhancements, monitoring solutions, templates, and documentation standards.
