SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to design, build, and support software solutions that improve business processes and customer experience. This role partners with business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with business acumen and enjoys mentoring others while remaining hands-on in development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Software Development

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications, APIs, integrations, and backend services.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.
  • Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions and technical standards.
  • Follow software engineering, security, and quality best practices.

Technical Leadership

  • Mentor developers and provide technical guidance.
  • Conduct code reviews and promote engineering excellence.
  • Identify and address technical debt.
  • Support adoption of modern development tools, frameworks, and practices.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to define and deliver solutions.
  • Participate in Agile planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Estimate development effort and support release planning.
  • Work with QA teams to ensure solution quality and reliability.

Integration & Support

  • Develop integrations with internal and third-party systems.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Support deployments, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

  • Maintain technical documentation and design specifications.
  • Share knowledge through mentoring, documentation, and technical collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, Python, or similar modern technologies.
  • Experience developing REST APIs and distributed applications.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or similar cloud platforms.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native development patterns.
