What You'll Do

  • Manage multiple signage projects simultaneously from award through completion.
  • Coordinate with customers, sales representatives, designers, production teams, vendors, and installation crews.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Order materials and coordinate subcontractors when needed.
  • Schedule installation crews and oversee project timelines.
  • Track budgets, change orders, and project costs.
  • Maintain frequent communication with clients, providing updates throughout the project.
  • Review drawings, specifications, permits, and installation requirements.
  • Resolve project challenges quickly while keeping customers informed.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Project Management experience (sign industry experience strongly preferred).
  • Experience managing commercial construction, architectural signage, graphics, millwork, or similar installation projects is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
  • Experience scheduling crews and coordinating multiple vendors.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office. Experience with project management software is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license.
