Job description

NOW HIRING: Experienced Senior Service Technicians

What you will be doing: We are seeking a Senior Service Technician with a "Whatever It Takes" approach to join our team! This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be expected to step in, take ownership, and deliver results right away.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of the community meet company standards and applicable laws. As the Senior Service Technician, you will:
  • Lead, develop, and mentor the team in diagnosing problems and completing repairs
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances
  • Be accountable for a 24-hour on-call schedule, including personal availability for emergencies such as snow, ice, or urgent site issues
  • Manage and organize inventory of all maintenance materials
  • Establish and drive schedules - on-call coverage, preventive maintenance, make-readies, and daily work orders
  • Conduct regular inspections of community buildings and vacant units
  • Execute tasks assigned by the Service Manager with urgency and accountability

  • Ability to lead, work fast, and operate without constant
