Job Description:

10+ years of IT infrastructure Architecture experience, with hands-on expertise in Azure, AWS, and on-premises systems

Architecture and Strategic Planning Duties.

· Work on-site to provide hands-on leadership in system implementation, maintenance, and performance optimization.
· Provide after-hours support and overtime as needed during critical cutovers, incidents, or emergency responses.
· Act as a SME and technical mentor to Information Technology (“IT”) staff, supporting internal knowledge transfer and skill-building.
· Mentor IT staff on Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure Backup, and Endpoint Manager operations. Security and Compliance Duties
· Design secure architectures compliant with Criminal Justice Information Services (“CJIS”), National Institute of Standards and Technology (“NIST”), and state/local law enforcement standards.
· Oversee identity architecture (Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (“AD”), Entra ID, Amazon Web Services Identify and Access Management (“AWS IAD”), Multi-factor Authentication (“MFA”), Role-based Access Control (“RBAC”)).
