What we need

Exol is seeking a Security Manager for our Perris, CA site to operate as on-site leader responsible for the security program, including physical security, risk management, and compliance. This role ensures alignment with enterprise standards while supporting safe, secure, and uninterrupted warehouse operations.

As part of the site leadership team, the Security Manager oversees security operations, third-party providers, incident management, investigations, and system performance, while driving continuous improvement and a strong security culture.

What you'll do

  • Site Security Leadership & Governance: Lead site security strategy, enforce standards, advise leadership on risk, and partner cross-functionally to align security with operations.

  • Security Operations & Program Execution: Oversee daily security operations, guard force, and controls while driving consistency and continuous program improvement.

  • Security Systems & Technology Oversight: Manage and optimize security systems, ensuring performance, compliance, and effective monitoring and response.

  • Incident Management & Investigations: Lead incident response and investigations, ensuring proper documentation, escalation, and resolution with key stakeholders.

  • Risk, Compliance & Audit: Conduct assessments and audits, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement corrective actions to address control gaps.

  • Training & Awareness: Deliver training and promote a strong security culture, ensuring adherence to site protocols and emergency procedures.

  • Performance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Track KPIs and trends, report on risk and performance, and drive improvements through data and insights.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice or business administration preferred.

  • Minimum 8 years of security, asset protection, or risk management experience

  • Experience in industrial, logistics, or manufacturing environments preferred

  • Leadership experience managing teams or vendors

  • Strong background in investigations, incident response, and security systems

  • Experience with audits, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration

The base range for this position in the posted location is $106,400.00 - $145,180.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K, PTO and/or other benefits.
