Title: Senior SCADA Support Engineer (MICS)

Location: Gray Court, SC (onsite)

Duration: 07/01/2026 to 06/30/2027

POSITION OVERVIEW : Senior SCADA Support Engineer (MICS) POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :

Senior SCADA Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in SCADA systems (preferably MICS) to support a long-term engagement. 

This role requires a senior-level professional who can operate independently, lead technical activities, and collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams.

The candidate will play a key role in support operations, system enhancements, and coordination across business and IT stakeholders.

Day-to-Day Job Duties

Provide L2 support for MICS SCADA incidents, service requests, and operational issues

Act as SPOC for Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes

Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

Lead coordination across business users, global IT teams, rollout teams, and development teams

Support SCADA rollout, configuration, validation, debugging, and stabilization activities

Gather, analyze, and document requirements for enhancements and change requests

Participate in and support test management, including defect tracking and validation

Drive execution of small orders and work packages within larger initiatives

Maintain documentation for risks, defects, and continuous improvement opportunities

Track and report license usage and system lifecycle information where applicable

Provide on-demand support (including occasional weekends) as required

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in SCADA systems (MICS preferred)

Minimum 3 years of experience with MS SQL databases

Minimum 3 Years of experience in SCADA rollout and configuration

Minimum 5 Years of experience in Incident, Change, and Problem Management (ITIL-aligned)

Minimum 7 Years of experience in L1/L2 production support environments
