Join a dynamic Randstad client in Washington, DC as a Senior SAP S4 HANA Program Manager, leading an end-to-end implementation project. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive strategy, managing timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and integrate business processes while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. A strong background in supply chain, finance processes, and SAP systems is essential. This role requires proven project management expertise, with an emphasis on risk mitigation, quality control, and reporting progress to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the SAP S4 HANA implementation from planning to execution.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and strategies.
  • Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management.
  • Manage project schedules using MS Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and MS Project.
  • Create and maintain SharePoint project sites.
