• Needs to be an experienced Technical Architect/Technical SME in SAP with special emphasis on Guided Buying and Inventory Management
• Able to guide the offshore team and collaborate with BTS team on work management
• Technical aptitude to understand system designs, flows and suggest best practices
• Author Architecture documents
• Coordinate and guide project teams
• Analyze as-is and map to-be functionalities
• Works directly with multiple business groups / scientists to understand and document user requirements
• Experienced in understanding IT systems related to pharmaceutical/healthcare companies preferred
• Has good understanding of Agile project execution processes
• Has hands-on experience in using tools like Visio, Jira, Confluence, Balsamic (mockup software) and Service Now
• Strong communication skills; verbal, written and presentation
• Collaborative, positive, self-motivated, team player
• Experienced in working with multiple groups and cross-functional departments
• Be able to effectively communicate progress and status of requests to team leadership
