Customer mentioned that the mandatory requirement for SF Tech Lead is to be local to Boston, MA and work closely with Executive Education IT and internal stakeholders from office 2 to 3 days a week.
Role: Salesforce Technical Lead
Technical Leads are called upon to deliver best-in-class solutions in and surrounding the Salesforce platform. Salesforce Technical Leads craft both backend and frontend solutions, using development best practices to deliver the best possible solutions and services to meet client needs. As part of the development group that serves client, a Salesforce Technical Lead will participate in sharing development knowledge across all members as well as working together on large enterprise engagements.

  • 8 - 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce.com
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and its platform offerings

#Certifications:
  • Salesforce Administrator Certified
  • Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant Certification
  • Platform Builder I and II
  • Certifications on Application Architect or System Architect track desirable
  • Strong knowledge of development standards, Integration design and build best practices
  • End-to-end estimating, design and delivery experience
  • Able to deliver build of complex processes with minimal supervision
  • Quality control of developments (e.g. unit test results review, system test cases preparation and review)
