Job description

Senior Salesforce Developer

A growing and highly collaborative organization is conducting a confidential search for a Senior Salesforce Developer to support and evolve its enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. This individual will play a critical role in both strategic platform ownership and hands-on technical development, partnering closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams.

While the position will begin as fully remote, candidates should be comfortable transitioning to a hybrid work arrangement in the Cincinnati market as the organization establishes a local office presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior technical resource for Salesforce administration, development, and platform optimization
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations
  • Support and enhance Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) functionality, configurations, and workflows
  • Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and automate business processes
  • Manage and optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and system improvements
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications
  • Drive best practices around system governance, security, documentation, and platform scalability
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing technical support and enhancements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administration and Development experience
  • Strong expertise with:
    • Apex
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Salesforce Flows
    • Salesforce integrations/APIs
  • Experience supporting Certinia / FinancialForce strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Salesforce certifications preferred

This is a great opportunity for a technically strong Salesforce professional who wants meaningful ownership, cross-functional visibility, and long-term growth in a collaborative environment.
