What does a senior sales project manager do?

A Senior Sales Project Manager oversees complex sales projects from initial client engagement through to successful delivery. Their responsibilities typically include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, creating project timelines, and ensuring sales targets are met. They act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, resolving issues and adapting plans as needed.
