Insight Global is seeking a Senior Ruby Developer to join a growing application engineering team responsible for supporting and enhancing critical enterprise applications. This role is ideal for a developer with recent Ruby on Rails experience who is comfortable operating within production environments and partnering closely with SRE, DevOps, and Platform Engineering teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong Ruby development expertise with hands-on experience supporting highly available systems, leveraging observability tools, and driving application reliability.
