Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $80,000.00 - $133,300.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 10 % or $ , based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

Position Details
The Legal Analyst Senior supports legal operations, matter management, document routing, invoice review, and request intake across the Corporate Affairs Legal Department. The role applies legal process knowledge, confidentiality requirements, and established procedures to support legal practice groups including Labor and Employment, Litigation, Intellectual Property, Real Estate, Commercial, and other areas as assigned. The position coordinates legal requests, updates legal systems, and maintains matter-related records to support timely, accurate, and compliant legal department operations. The role works with internal legal stakeholders and external systems to support consistent execution of standard legal processes.
You will report to the Manager, Paralegal Litigation.
This is a hybrid position that is based onsite in Lake Forest 3 days a week.
You Will
  • Manage legal matter setup, updates, and maintenance in CounselLink and related matter management systems to support accurate records, status tracking, invoice processing, and legal department reporting.
  • Review incoming legal requests through CSC, Legal Inbox, and other intake channels to identify request type, route items to the appropriate legal practice group, and support timely follow-up with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate document routing, signature requests, filing forms, and matter-related documentation to support legal workflows across Labor and Employment, Litigation, Intellectual Property, Real Estate, Commercial, and other legal practice areas.
  • Review legal invoices against matter information, standard process requirements, and applicable billing details to support accurate invoice handling and escalation of discrepancies for attorney or department review.
  • Maintain confidentiality of legal matters, records, communications, and system information by following department procedures and handling sensitive information in accordance with legal and company requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement of legal operations processes by following standard work instructions, identifying process gaps or routing issues, and coordinating updates with legal stakeholders to improve consistency and efficiency.

You Have
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3+ years supporting legal operations, paralegal work, matter management, legal intake, invoice review, document coordination, or related legal department processes required
  • Knowledge of legal department operations, confidentiality requirements, matter management processes, document handling, and legal administrative workflows.
  • Experience using legal systems, matter management tools, shared inboxes, intake channels, and document routing processes to support legal practice groups and department operations.
  • Experience reviewing, organizing, and updating legal matter information, invoices, filing forms, and related records with accuracy and adherence to standard work instructions.
  • Experience coordinating requests with attorneys, legal professionals, internal business partners, and external process channels to support timely status updates and work completion.
  • Certified Paralegal Upon Hire required
