We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer who will provide technical leadership and oversight across complex system development efforts. You will apply systems engineering principles throughout the full lifecycle, including requirements development, system architecture, design analysis, integration planning, verification and validation, and technical risk management. You will develop, maintain, and assess models using modeling languages such as Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and Unified Architecture Framework Modeling Language (UAFML). You will develop system models, architectures and data models to facilitate interoperability. Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients. You will proactively evaluate requirements and resource needs, identify risk and recommend mitigation strategies, while facilitating regular reviews to ensure planning evolves based on leadership priorities and changing stakeholder conditions.

Required

  • ABET accredited engineering degree or BSin technical field

  • 8 years related experience

  • Strong background in systems engineering, system architecture, and integration

  • Working experience with multiple systems engineering tools, such as Cameo, DOORS, AFSIM, etc.

  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
