Founded in 1990, LGH stands at the forefront of the hoisting and rigging equipment rental industry, providing rental equipment responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of everything from the bridges you drive on to the sports stadiums you visit.


In this role, you will be responsible for delivering individual and company sales goals by implementing professional sales techniques and providing exceptional customer service. By embracing company values, you will maintain quality relationships with existing accounts, target and acquire new customers, and provide sales and marketing coverage in your dedicated sales territory.

The Outside Rental Representative is required to collaborate internally to develop and maintain trusted relationships with mid and senior-level managers and other key personnel.

  • Develop maximum sales potential out of assigned territory through competitive sales techniques and knowledge of the company's products, services, and competitor’s strengths/weaknesses.
  • Build and maintain quality relations with existing assigned accounts and increase account base and volume of sales on a consistent basis.
  • Reevaluate work on an ongoing basis to increase market share.
  • Assess quality of offerings and communicate effectively to Management on strategies to increase the company's market share.
  • Develop expertise regarding local projects and market conditions, as well as product knowledge, service offerings, and new technologies through available resources.
  • Deliver prompt follow up and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize company resources and technology (Liftware CRM) to maintain updated, organized activity documentation for assigned territory.
  • Complete and submit sales reports daily on account activity, outstanding proposals, proposals secured, and proposals lost with complete documentation.
  • Provide information and/or follow up on customer as requested.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 years B2B or non-retail sales experience required
  • Industrial equipment and/or general rigging knowledge strongly preferred
  • Industrial Construction and Maintenance knowledge strongly preferred
  • Outside Sales experience in equipment rentals a plus
  • Valid Driver’s License with good driving record required. Must meet insurance underwriting requirements.

Hours / Location:

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Candidate must reside near Green Bay/Appleton, WI area and be able to visit existing and prospective customers in assigned territory daily.


Salary: Base wage plus commission
