Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Deliver evidence-based telehealth therapy sessions through secure virtual platforms, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and secure client records by documenting session notes, treatment progress, and any modifications to therapeutic plans.
  • Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals battling anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
  • A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license within the state of New York.
  • Proven ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with clients from various backgrounds and experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and adjust treatment modalities accordingly.
Preferred Experience
  • At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience, particularly in a setting focused on telehealth delivery.
  • Background in providing therapy for a wide range of mental health disorders, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and PTSD.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience.
