As part of our outpatient facility, you will utilize telehealth technology to connect with clients, ensuring that they receive timely and effective support for their mental health needs. • Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions via telehealth, using evidence-based practices to address a wide range of mental health concerns.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute psychological distress, employing techniques tailored to their unique situations.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation in a timely manner using our advanced therapist portal, which includes streamlined tools for assessments and treatment plans.
• Administer mental health screenings and thorough evaluations to determine treatment needs, developing individualized care plans based on assessment outcomes.
• Implement applied behavior analysis techniques as necessary, particularly for clients presenting behavioral challenges, ensuring evidence-based interventions are in place.

As part of our team, you will work with a diverse array of clients, from children and adolescents to adults experiencing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. You will focus on fostering therapeutic relationships that empower clients and their families, promoting healing across generations.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrable understanding of telehealth methodologies and the ability to effectively engage clients in a virtual environment.

• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience providing mental health counseling, especially in treating individuals with co-occurring disorders, engaging in both individual and group therapy, and working with substance abuse challenges.
• Proficiency in current principles and practices in individual and family counseling, along with familiarity with trends and emerging techniques in mental health.

• Annual salary range of $100,000 to $105,000, along with performance-based bonuses.
