As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your expertise will be leveraged in various tasks aimed at enhancing client outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting virtual psychotherapy sessions to address a wide range of emotional, mental, and behavioral issues, tailored to the individual needs of clients.
• Providing crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring immediate support and guidance during critical moments.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation utilizing our efficient therapist portal, which streamlines the documentation process and integrates innovative digital tools.
• Administering mental health screenings and assessments to establish individualized treatment plans that focus on each client’s specific needs and challenges.
• Employing applied behavior analysis techniques where necessary to assist clients with behavioral challenges, fostering more effective coping strategies.

Your clients will encompass a varied demographic, including individuals grappling with mental health disorders, families seeking support for relational challenges, and groups dealing with shared psychological issues. The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate the following qualifications:

• Possession of a Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active license for one of the following: Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working with individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges, including expertise in co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.
• Familiarity and proficiency in utilizing telehealth technologies for counseling delivery.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current best practices, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling, enhancing the quality of care provided.

While not required, additional experience or training in specific evidence-based therapeutic methodologies or certifications may set candidates apart, particularly those who have worked in diverse setting with adolescents and their families.
