Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around delivering personalized psychotherapy services to individuals grappling with various mental health issues. Specific tasks will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW at KCPro, you will work predominantly with school-aged children and adolescents, as well as their families. You will be equipped to manage a diverse array of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues, all while fostering a supportive environment that encourages personal growth and resilience among young clients.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience focusing on providing psychotherapy services, particularly in a youth or school-centered setting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions.
