Your Role

As part of the Global Pricing Team, you will play a senior strategic role in shaping pricing frameworks that drive profitable growth, strengthen competitive positioning, and support executive decision-making across multiple regions. You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Vendor Management, Product Owners, and Commercial Leadership to define and execute data-driven pricing strategies at scale.

The role combines advanced analytics, pricing strategy, business consulting, and cross-functional leadership. You will analyze macro market conditions, customer behavior, competitive dynamics, and internal business performance toidentifypricing opportunities and maximize revenue and profitability.

As a Senior Pricing Consultant, you will help define pricing challenges, connect analytical insights to broader business strategy, and provide practical recommendations that influence commercial decisions. You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, champion pricing initiatives, and contribute to the development of scalable pricing capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and execution of advanced pricing strategies that maximize profitability, improve market competitiveness, and support long-term businessobjectives.

  • Analyze market conditions, customer behavior, profitability drivers, and pricing trends toidentifyrevenue opportunities and support strategic decision-making.

  • Serve as a trusted pricing advisor to cross-functional stakeholders by delivering data-driven recommendations and commercial insights.

  • Design, develop, andmaintainscalable analytical frameworks, pricing models, dashboards, and automation solutions.

  • Lead advanced analytical initiativesleveragingstatistical modeling, price elasticity analysis, segmentation, forecasting, optimization, and scenario simulations.

  • Translate business requirements into technical analytical solutions and ensure data quality, integrity, and scalability across reporting environments.

  • Work with large and complex datasets across multiple platforms such asBigQuery, Databricks, Looker, and other cloud-based analytical ecosystems.

  • Independently lead large cross-functional projects, coordinating priorities, timelines, stakeholder communication, and implementation activities.

  • Present analytical findings and pricing recommendations to senior stakeholders in a concise and commercially impactful manner.

  • Support pricing transformation and continuous improvement initiatives byidentifyingautomation and process optimization opportunities.

What You Bring
You combine strong analyticalexpertisewith commercial acumen and strategic problem-solving capabilities. You are comfortable working independently on complex pricing initiatives, translating ambiguous business challenges into structured analytical approaches, and influencing stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.

You have experience working with large datasets, advanced statistical techniques, pricing optimization methodologies, and cross-functional business teams. Beyond technicalexpertise, you are an effective communicator who can connect pricing analytics directly to business performance and strategic outcomes.

Education & Training

  • Bachelorsdegreein a quantitative field(Statistics, Applied Mathematics,Economics, DataScience,Engineering, or similar).Masterswill behighly valued.

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience and bachelor's degree, or 1+ year of relevant work experience and master's degree.

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Extensive experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, profitability optimization, and advanced commercial analytics.

  • Advancedexpertisein statistical modeling and quantitative techniques including regression, elasticity modeling, clustering, forecasting, optimization, and predictive analytics.

  • Strong understanding of pricing methodologies including price optimization, price elasticity, customer segmentation, and demand modeling.

  • Experience applying machine learning and data mining techniques to commercial and pricing challenges.

  • Proventrack recordmanaging and analyzing large, complex datasets from multiple sources while ensuring data quality and integrity.

  • Advanced SQLexpertiseand experience working with cloud-based analytical platforms such asBigQuery, Databricks, Looker, or equivalent technologies.

  • Experience building scalable analytical frameworks, dashboards, reporting solutions, and automated workflows.

  • Ability to independently lead complex analytical projects across cross-functional teams with minimal supervision.

  • Strong capability to synthesize findings, develop practical recommendations, and communicate effectively to executive audiences.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $83,600.00 - $133,800.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
