We specialize in packing, unpacking, move management, and resettling services, ensuring a smooth and stress-free relocation experience.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Relocation Specialist to join our team in Winston Salem, NC. As a Senior Relocation Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of the relocation process for our senior clients, from initial packing to final resettling. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and compassionate approach will be essential in ensuring a seamless transition for our clients.
**Responsibilities:**
  • - Coordinate and oversee the packing and labeling of belongings, ensuring items are handled with care and packed securely for transportation.
  • - Support the logistics of the move, including using space plan and  meeting movers
  • - Provide hands-on assistance with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of belongings.
  • - Support relocation team members during the packing, moving, and unpacking processes.
  • - Assist clients with unpacking and setting up their new living spaces, including furniture arrangement, organizing belongings, and connecting utilities.
  • - Offer emotional support and reassurance to clients throughout the relocation process, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • - Ensure all relocation tasks are completed on time and according to client specifications, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
