Sr. Reliability Engineer Your Tasks
  • Accountable for the resolution of high impact Equipment availability and Equipment reliability improvements.
  • Lead individually and teams as needed to resolve equipment availability and equipment reliability improvements.
  • Use data to identify high impact equipment availability and equipment reliability Improvements.
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve corrective actions
  • Have a focus on resolving equipment availability problems
  • Develop engineering solutions to recurrent failures and problems affecting plant availability.
  • Provide engineering support for troubleshooting, define the appropriate preventive maintenance measures, and support planned shutdowns.
  • Define, in cooperation with production, the appropriate operational parameters to monitor to ensure maximum equipment lifetime.
  • Collaborate with suppliers as need to improve reliability and maintainability of plant equipment.
  • Provide technical support to production, maintenance, and technical staff.
Your Profile
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in a reliability engineering role or related technical/engineering field.
  • Demonstrated Knowledge of common reliability tools such as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), SPC, RCA.
  • Prefer experience with Six Sigma, Lean, and other process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong technical engineering skills (mechanical, electrical, industrial, and materials).
  • Basic understanding of predictive technologies (vibration analysis, lubrication, thermography, motor analysis, ultrasonics, alignment).
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in conducting data analysis and statistical tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in and through teams at all levels of the workforce.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance or other CMMS.
  • Must be action oriented
