Registered Client Associate (RCA) Highlands Wealth Management Group team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Registered Client Associate to support advisors and deliver exceptional client service. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their responsibilities, communicates professionally, and follows through consistently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism. This position is best suited for someone who values accountability, teamwork, efficiency, and delivering a high-quality client experience. Responsibilities- - Provide high-level client service and relationship support. - Assist advisors with account maintenance and operational workflows. - Process paperwork, transfers, and service requests accurately and efficiently. - Maintain strong follow-through on open tasks and client needs. - Coordinate scheduling, meeting preparation, and client communications. - Work collaboratively with advisors and team members to ensure smooth operations. - Maintain attention to detail in a regulated and time-sensitive environment. - Prioritize tasks independently and proactively communicate progress. Qualifications- - Series 7 license, series 66 license and insurance license required. - 3-5 years previous financial service experience required. - Insurance licensing expected or willingness to obtain promptly. - Previous financial industry experience required. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability. - High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. - Professional references encouraged. Compensation- Compensation is based on experience, licensing, and proven performance. - Newly licensed candidates: approximately $66,560 To 75,000 - Experienced, proven Registered Client Associates: approximately 76,000 to 90,000. Potential performance-based bonus opportunities available.
