Base Salary: $115,000-$125,000


Position Overview


A rapidly expanding multi-concept hospitality group is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to serve as a trusted right-hand leader to ownership. This is a high-impact role for an experienced operator who thrives in dynamic, growth-oriented environments and has a proven track record across multiple hospitality concepts.


The organization currently generates approximately $20 million in annual revenue across its portfolio and is actively expanding, with a market renovation project slated to begin in fall 2026 and a potential function facility acquisition in progress. The successful candidate will oversee four locations and a food truck from the outset, with additional growth anticipated in the near term.


Compensation and Benefits


  • Base Salary: $115,000 to $125,000
