What is a senior real estate architect?

A Senior Real Estate Architect is a highly experienced professional who specializes in designing and overseeing the development of large-scale real estate projects, such as commercial buildings, residential complexes, or mixed-use developments. They are responsible for creating architectural plans, ensuring compliance with building codes, and coordinating with stakeholders such as developers, engineers, and city planners. In addition to technical expertise, they often lead project teams and play a significant role in shaping the vision and execution of complex construction projects.
