This entry level real estate path is built for individuals who want to learn to grow inside a luxury real estate team in Long Beach, supported by the Zillow Flex program, proven systems, and rewarding commissions. Whether you are already licensed or actively completing your real estate license, you will learn how to build real skills, serve clients at a high level, and create early momentum with guidance and structure. You will learn to work with active buyer and seller opportunities through the Zillow Flex program while developing the communication, market knowledge, and consistency used by topโ€‘producing agents. This luxuryโ€‘focused environment emphasizes professionalism, client education, and longโ€‘term growth, allowing you to learn the business while being supported by experienced leadership, marketing systems, and a collaborative team culture. First year earning potential when hitting goals: $165,000+.

Compensation
