Entry-Level Real Estate

We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who is ready to build a strong foundation in the industry while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is designed for someone who wants practical experience, consistent coaching, and daily opportunities to develop the habits that lead to long-term success in real estate.

You will gain hands-on experience with lead generation, client communication, follow-up, and relationship building while learning proven strategies that help create opportunities with buyers and sellers. Each day provides the chance to strengthen your conversations, improve your confidence, and better understand every stage of the real estate process.

Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will continue developing your communication, organization, and time management skills while learning how to stay consistent with prospecting, manage your pipeline, and build lasting client relationships. You will also become familiar with systems and processes that support productivity and business growth.

This opportunity offers ongoing mentorship, accountability, and practical learning in a collaborative environment where you can continue building confidence, sharpen your skills, and establish the habits that support a successful real estate career.

Compensation:

$140,000+ at plan earnings


Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation
  • Attend trainings
  • Conduct lead follow-up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer’s agent
  • Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc., to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to buy a home again
  • Evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports
  • Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients
  • Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data

Qualifications:
  • A valid Real Estate License is required to work with clients and earn commissions
  • Sales Experience
  • A valid Drivers License is required
