Server (Dining Experience Specialist)
Spring Gardens of Olympus Ranch Senior Living Community
At Spring Gardens of Olympus Ranch, we believe kindness counts in everything we do and say. Our dining team is at the heart of creating meaningful moments for our residents-and we're looking for someone energetic, warm, and service-driven to join us.
About the Role
This is more than just a serving position-it's an opportunity to build genuine, one-on-one connections with our incredible residents while delivering an exceptional dining experience.
You'll be a key part of each resident's day, bringing positivity, attentiveness, and care to every interaction.
What You'll Do
  • Provide attentive, friendly table service during meals (including breakfast service)
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents through conversation and connection
  • Ensure the dining room is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
  • Support kitchen operations, including maintaining a clean, sanitary environment
  • Assist with cleaning, sanitizing, and upholding food safety standards
  • Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently
  • Create memorable moments through kindness, energy, and genuine care

Schedule
  • Monday - Friday 12:00pm - 7:30 PM
Pay
  • $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
