Job description

Inside Sales Senior Territory Manager

Location: Park City, UT (Onsite at Jeremy Ranch)

Compensation: $90,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

Company: Powered by MRP

About the Opportunity

Are you an experienced inside sales professional who thrives on complex, high-value deals but is tired of being boxed in by a single manufacturer's catalog? At Powered by MRP, we are reshaping how healthcare providers source, manage, and service medical aesthetic equipment. We operate the industryโ€™s first end-to-end marketplace, giving our team the freedom to be truly brand-agnostic. We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Park City team. This role is built for top performers who know how to navigate multi-layered deals, act as a trusted clinical advisor, and be heavily rewarded for their revenue impact.

The Role

As a Senior AE, you are the architect behind significant equipment decisions for growing practices. You will guide clinicians through buying, selling, trading, financing, and servicing.

  • Consultative Leadership: Lead deep discovery with targeted prospects, understanding not just what they want to buy, but how their clinic operates financially.
  • Complex Deal Structuring: Architect comprehensive solutions utilizing our proprietary LaserMatch software and Smart Center data, weaving together new and pre-owned devices, trade-in values, and long-term service contracts.
  • Pipeline Mastery: Seamlessly manage a high-value pipeline ($50K+ deals) in Salesforce, providing highly accurate forecasting to leadership.
  • Set the Standard: Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating what elite outbound strategy and negotiation look like to the broader team.

Who We Are Looking For

You are a self-directed professional who doesn't need to be micromanaged to hit your numbers.

  • You bring 4โ€“6 years of proven success in full-cycle B2B sales, consistently exceeding quota.
  • You have experience managing complex deal structures or transaction sizes over $50K.
  • Your communication and presentation skills are sharp, and you can hold your own negotiating directly with physicians and clinic owners.
  • Background in MedTech, aesthetics, capital equipment, high-ticket sales, or formal sales methodology training.
  • You can work onsite Monday through Friday at our Park City headquarters.

Why Join Powered by MRP?

Our headquarters is minutes from world-class skiing, but the real draw is our trajectory. After years of bootstrapped growth, we recently closed a major Series A funding round led by Aries Capital Partners and Swell Collective. More information can be found here about how we disrupt the industry and how our investors share our vision.

This is strategic backing from people who know how to scale market-defining companies. We believe the people building the company should own it. Thatโ€™s why our employees are stakeholders. Beyond base, uncapped commissions, and equity, we offer comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, vision), a 401(k), paid time off, and clear pathways to senior roles.

The Bottom Line If you have mastered your craft and want to join a company where you can sell transparently, push industry boundaries, and build serious wealth, you've found your next home.
