What is a memory care program director?

Memory Care Program Directors are professionals responsible for overseeing specialized care programs for individuals with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or other memory-related conditions. They manage daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure that residents receive high-quality, person-centered care. Their duties also include coordinating activities, developing care plans, providing staff training, and working closely with families to support residents’ well-being.
