Job Description

The Indiana University Foundation is seeking a growth-minded, leadership-focused data professional to help modernize how we manage the alumni and donor information at the heart of our advancement work as our next Data Quality Assurance Analyst.

In a given day, you write and refine intermediate-level SQL to support data validation, reporting, and CRM core data integrity. Your work includes reviewing results from automated batch processes, spotting inconsistencies in the data, and troubleshooting issues before they escalate. You partner with business analysts, application users, and the broader Advancement team, translating technical situations into clear terms for non-technical colleagues. When you find ways to improve processes, you'll be the advocate for the change, building the business case, and earning buy-in across the team. You will also support testing and documentation efforts across enterprise systems and grow into a subject matter resource for the group.

If you take pride in clean data, thrive when there's a chance to improve workflows, and want to help shape how a large advancement operation manages its most important assets, apply today.
