Title: Senior Purchase Card Compliance Analyst

Position Overview
Aalis Management Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Purchase Card Compliance Analyst to support a federal Purchase Card Compliance program for a Federal Agency. Consultants will conduct compliance reviews, analyze purchase card transactions, identify risks and internal control deficiencies, and develop recommendations to improve federal purchase card operations.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting federal purchase card programs, conducting procurement compliance reviews, performing audit activities, and performing data analytics.
Responsibilities
• Conduct Government Purchase Card compliance reviews.
• Review purchase card transactions and supporting documentation.
• Identify noncompliance, fraud indicators, and internal control weaknesses.
• Perform transaction monitoring and risk-based sampling.
• Develop findings, corrective action recommendations, and executive reports.
• Participate in entrance conferences, exit briefings, and customer meetings.
• Assist with policy, SOP, and training development.
• Analyze procurement and financial data using analytical tools.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting federal purchase card compliance or procurement activities.
• Experience reviewing purchase card documentation and identifying compliance issues.
• Experience preparing findings reports and corrective action recommendations.
• Experience using one or more analytical tools such as:
o Excel
o Access
o Power BI
o SQL
o ACL
o IDEA
o SAS
o Tableau
• Strong analytical, written, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with one or more of the following:
• Government Purchase Card Cardholder reviews
• Card Approving Official reviews
• Fraud detection
