Job description

Position Summary

The Provider Relations Marketing Assistant supports Revere Health's Provider Relations function by helping promote physicians, advanced practice providers, services, specialties, and practice locations to both internal and external audiences.

This position works under the supervision of the Director of Marketing/Communications and collaboratively with Provider Relations Specialist. They will assist in marketing, physicians, administrators, and other internal stakeholders to develop and coordinate communications and marketing activities that strengthen awareness of Revere Health providers and services, support provider growth, and improve communication across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can work independently, manage multiple projects, build positive relationships with providers and staff, and translate information about healthcare providers and services into clear, engaging marketing and communications materials.


Essential Responsibilities

Provider Marketing & Promotion

  • Support marketing initiatives designed to increase awareness and utilization of Revere Health physicians, providers, specialties, services, and locations.
  • Develop and coordinate provider-specific promotional materials and communications for internal and external audiences.
  • Assist with physician and provider introductions, announcements, profiles, biographies, newsletters, digital content, social media, print materials, and other promotional initiatives.
  • Help identify opportunities to highlight provider expertise, accomplishments, services, and patient-focused initiatives.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, healthcare administration, business, or a related field OR 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines with limited supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with physicians, healthcare professionals, administrators, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common digital communication tools.
