Qualifications

  • Bachelor'sDegree and/ or Advanced Degree in related fieldpreferred, or equivalent work experience

  • 5 +years of Operating Roomor kittingexperience preferred

  • End to End understand of procedural supply-chain, strong customer, kitting, and industry knowledge preferred

  • Financial acumen and results accountability; effective business acumen, presentation, and communication skills

  • Understanding of customer buying process that enables effective management of sales pipeline

  • Strong influencing skills, ability to work cross-functionally

  • Effective project management, organization, prioritizationskillsand analytical capabilities

  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of acute care and customer industry (e.g., key competitors, technology, terminology, regulations)

  • High degree of flexibility

  • A valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 States with a clean driving record.

  • Ability to travel50%
