About the Opportunity

Our client is a leading international engineering and EPC company specializing in the design and execution of complex industrial and mission-critical infrastructure projects. Due to continued growth in the North American market, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-value projects from contract award through final delivery.

This is a strategic leadership role where the Project Manager acts as the "CEO" of the project, assuming full ownership of execution, commercial performance, and client satisfaction throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Position Summary

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing large-scale capital projects valued between $200M and $500M, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with clients, EPC partners, contractors, engineering teams, and executive leadership, this individual will drive project execution while maintaining full accountability for financial performance, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

This position reports directly to the Project Management Office (PMO) and does not include direct people management responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete execution of large-scale EPC and industrial projects from award through commissioning and closeout.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, engineering partners, and executive stakeholders.
  • Act as the overall business leader ("CEO") of assigned projects.
  • Develop and manage project execution strategies aligned with commercial and operational objectives.
  • Oversee project governance, scope, schedule, budget, cash flow, forecasting, and profitability.
  • Manage project risks, change orders, claims, and mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor project performance through KPIs and executive reporting.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers and partners.
  • Travel to project sites and client locations as required to support execution activities.


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
  • 10+ years of Project Management experience leading large-scale EPC or industrial capital projects.
  • Demonstrated success managing projects valued between $200M and $500M.
  • Strong experience with project financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial execution.
  • Proven ability to manage executive-level customer relationships.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the United States.
  • Experience in one or more of the following industries: Data Centers, EPC, Industrial Plants, Energy, Oil & Gas, Industrial Equipment & Machinery, Power Generation, Large Infrastructure Projects


Preferred Qualifications

  • Spanish language skills (approximately B1 level or higher).
  • Experience working within international organizations.
  • PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
  • Candidates should currently reside in the area or be willing to relocate, ideally within a 45-minute commute.
  • Approximately 50–60% office-based and 40–50% travel depending on project requirements.



Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $150,000 – $170,000
