A Senior Project Manager often acts as the central point of coordination among various departments, including engineering, marketing, finance, and operations. They facilitate regular meetings, set clear expectations, and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with project goals and timelines. This collaborative approach not only drives project success but also fosters a cohesive work environment.
